Regional Facility Maintenance Technician

This position will require someone with:

• Complete facility monthly preventative maintenance checklist for each store in assigned region
• Train lead facility personnel at each store in basic preventative maintenance and equipment repair
• Communicate with General Managers and Region Managers to ensure all equipment is operational
• Attend new store openings in region and assist with facility training classes
• Daily communication and reporting to Region Facility Manager
• Monitoring fuel dispensers, oil water separators, HVAC units, waste water treatment plants and refrigeration units for proper operation

The basic duties of this position include:

• Basic electrical and plumbing skills
• Demonstrated good written and verbal skills
• Proven work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks on a daily basis
• Good customer service skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to use deductive reasoning skills
• Ability to identify potential and existing problems
• Available to travel (overnight) a minimum of 50%
• Basic computer skills
